How To Order The Easy Way At KompetitiveEdgeR
Browse our site using the menu on the left. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the picture to view more details and product options. Select the option you want and press the 'Add to Cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
- You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your cart at any point during the shopping process, click on the View Cart symbol located in the top of your screen. You can also change the quantities of the products in your cart.
- After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
- You will be asked to give us your billing address and shipping address.
- You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Colorado shipments only) and shipping charges. At this point, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. After confirming your selections, click the 'Place Order' button.
- After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.

Payment Options

For online orders, KompetitiveEdgeR accepts Visa and MasterCard. Purchases made in store we accept cash, checks and credit cards. All funds must be in US dollars
Credit Cards:
You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. This cuts down on the cost of our bookkeeping, and allows us to keep our prices low. We may ship partial orders at any time, but will continue to deliver all goods without any additional charges.
Checks:
Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and made out to KompetitiveEdgeR. All checks need to be accompanied with a valid drivers license or state ID.

Invoicing and Receipts

You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. If you misplace this confirmation, we will be more than happy to forward an additional copy.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please email orders@KompetitiveEdge.com, as these requests must be received via email. Please include your order number and contact details. We cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return and Exchange Policy
How do I return or exchange an item?
We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with your purchases. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging.
To begin the return process, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning your package. Simply send an email to our returns department including your Name, Order number, items you will are returning and desired action as result of your return.
All returned shipments must be returned with shipping prepaid unless shipment errors were created on our behalf. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend
sending your items back with a pre-printed address label via a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx for your own protection, as we are not responsible for items not received.
Please clearly indicate your issued RA number on the outside of your package to ensure timely processing and ship to the address below

When will I receive my exchange?
As soon as we process your original return package, we will credit your account and place a new order for your requested exchange with Free Exchange shipping*
*Offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii and all international destinations.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Refunds usually post to the cardholders account within 3-14 business days from the time we receive your return.
Are Shipping Fees Refundable?
Original Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a Return or Exchange.
Refused Orders Shipping refund?
Orders that are not cancelled before shipment of a package has occurs and delivery is subsequently refused are not eligible to refunded shipping cost

Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an instore credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note:
*Email returns@kompetitiveEdge.com within 5 business days from receipt of goods to obtain an "Return Authorization" code. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization" code.
*Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
*Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached.
*Include a copy of the shipping invoice which accompanies your merchandise.
*Provide a legible explanation on a separate piece of paper.
